Brief guidance of Dao Yin An Qiao

Dao Yin An Qiao in Chinese medicine is commonly known as the meridian acupressure: that is, to use the middle finger to put on a meridian acupoint, regulate and guide the Qi. The core of the guide is: “guide the meridian to make it smooth, regulate the qi and blood to make them peaceful”. In this way one can achieve the purpose of curing diseases and improve health. The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classics says: ” Atrophy, cold limbs, cold-heat syndrome should be treated by Dao Yin An Qiao. ”  Chinese medicine meridian points are considered to be natural medicines. Natural medicine is welcome because its medical effect is remarkable. It has very few side effects, is convenient and practical, which is the treasure of Chinese medicine.

The “divine form of natural unification theory” model of Chinese medicine is homologous with Zhou Yi’s philosophical thinking mode, mainly concentrating on an overall view, movement view and dynamic balance view. Chinese medicine’s people — natural — social three-dimensional medicine, is derived from ZhouYi’s three-dimensional view of natural society. “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic” said: People “are born with the qi of heaven and earth, are formed with the law of the four seasons”, which is to show that the overall concept of Chinese medicine attaches importance to the unity of the human body itself, and its unity with the natural environment. And the balance and movement concept of Chinese medicine is based on the unity of opposites.  It emphasizes the balance of nature, the balance in the human body and the balance between the inside and outside of the human body.

The balance of nature is to emphasize the importance of environmental protection. And the balance inside the human body includes the balance of yin and yang, the symbiosis balance of the Viscera and Bowels and the adjustment balance of meridians, which is to complete the coordination and balance inside and outside the body through the form of qi rising, descending, exiting and entering. The five pillars of TCM in the treatment of diseases: Bianstone surgery, Dao Yin An Qiao, acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine, are all based on the balance of yin and yang,  the balance of internal organs and the regulation of meridians. Therefore, the “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic” says: “Meridians can resolve death and life, deal with hundreds of diseases, adjust yin and yang, and must not be incomprehensible.

That’s the way it is. Tong: keeping it free is a prerequisite, adjusting yin and yang is to achieve the dynamic balance.  And there is a distinction between internal and external treatment. Dao Yin An Qiao is mainly an internal treatment. In recent years, I have used Dao Yin An Qiao  to regulate women’s hemorrhage for thirty-six cases. They only need a few treatments to stop bleeding, without any side effects.

More than 30 years of clinical practice have proved that it also has a good effect on other hemorrhagic disorders. This is unique in Chinese medicine, and if it is used in special periods, it will have a very, very important significance. A patient with coronary heart disease has been suffering from years of overwork, high blood pressure and angina, dependent on taking drugs, and has become more and more serious for several years.  His blood viscosity is as high as 220%, and the normal blood flow power is 10-15, in his case only 4.6. His blood pressure is often 180-110. The doctor recommended him to do heart surgery. He was scared and tried to use Dao Yin An Qiao therapy. After four months of treatment, his blood viscosity was down from 220% to 118%, blood flow power was up from 4.6 to 13.6, blood pressure maintained at about 140-85. After 6 years he still maintained a good heart.

This is the curative effect of regulating yin and yang by dredging the meridians. The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic says that “where evil is gathered, its qi is empty.”

There is a 36-year-old woman who has difficulty getting pregnant. She was once happy to go to the examination, but found out that it was an ectopic pregnancy.  The doctor suggested that she should be operated immediately and all the fallopian tubes be removed. But she could never have her own child, which made her very sad. The kind chief doctor introduced her to me for a medical treatment. I gave her Dao Yin An Qiao treatment once. The following check ruled out the ectopic pregnancy.

There is a scholar engaged in research abroad, suffering from migraine. The Western medicine prescribed him painkillers, from 1 tablet to 7 tablets each time. He suffered from severe drug dependence. The doctor did not dare to give him more painkillers. But his pain was unbearable. So finally he had to get 2 injections of Pethidine for pain relief every day. He knew that this would be worse and worse. Through a friend’s introduction he came to China to find me. Chinese medicine believes that one main cause of migraine is because of the inflammation of the gallbladder under fire attack(could be emotional negativity). I treated the Gallbladder meridian acupoints to bring the fire downward. His head fever was relieved. After 5 treatments, his migraine was mostly relieved. I then supplemented the liver-yin to make it yin and yang balanced. After 8 treatments he did not need to take any medicine. After 15 treatments, he didn’t get pain for 3 months he then went back to his country. After that, there was a slight pain. He   came back to me again for another course of treatments.

A 13-year-old outstanding middle school student, suffered from cerebral hemorrhage caused by a car accident. After 6 craniotomy operations, he became a critically ill child with ventricular edema, ventricular inflammation, hemiplegia, frustration, aphasia, and reading loss.  The hospital believed that a ventricular edema is irreversible. After 3 months, the child came to me in a  wheelchair which 4 people carried to try Chinese medicine treatments. With Such a critical syndrome, I realized the seriousness and challenge. By looking at the puffy and expressionless child, and his haggard expectations of the parents, I made a hard decision to do my best to use the treatments of Dao Yin An Qiao to treat him.

The core lies in the fact that the inborn Qi is seriously injured, the essence is too weak, and many meridians are blocked. Only using the meridian acupoint therapy for replenishing qi, this means to replenish the inborn qi (jing qi) as the core. Because the Qi can dredge the meridians.  The qi can produce blood, if the Qi can move, then the blood can flow. If the Qi can move, then the water can flow, so as to promote the rise and fall of Qi which plays the five essential functions of regulating the yin and yang organs.  Chinese medicine believes that Qi is fundamental to the life activities of the human body. “Nan Jing Ba Nan” says, “Qi, is the base of humans.” Chinese medicine also believes that Inborn Qi is the root of Qi. The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic says, “The essence is the foundation of life.” I realized that this was the core of whether the patient could be better or not. For the first four months, I adhered to the principle of mainly replenishing Inborn Qi.  And at the same time I gave supplements to take oxygen. After 4 months of Dao Yin An Qiao treatments, his ventricular edema significantly improved. 10 months later, he lost his crutches and was able to walk independently, he was able to communicate normally with others. More than a year of treatments, his body, intelligence and learning ability, achieved the level before the injury. His height increased by 8 cm. He is again a healthy, excellent student.

Since a person was born into this society, he is closely related to nature. The heavens and the earth change. Society also changes.  People also change. The fittest live, and the opposite  vanish. Therefore, Chinese medicine emphasizes the occurrence of diseases and the movement of Qi, that is, the impact of natural climate change on the human body is closely related, but it also emphasizes that the body’s righteous qi, especially the strength of the essence, is an important internal factor on whether the disease occurs.  This clarifies the cause of the disease from the two aspects of internal and external causes. The internal causes play  a major role.

The “JinKui Zhen Yan Lun” says: Essence is the most fundamental substance for maintaining human health. So people who can maintain sufficient essence are not prone to diseases. “If there is sufficient righteous Qi, evil cannot be done” is also true. If the human body lacks essence and loses its balance of yin and yang, it will be sick. For health, Chinese medicine and Western medicine have many methods. But Dao Yin An Qiao therapy of Chinese medicine is the most painless without any side effects. Over the years I have given Dao Yin An Qiao therapy to many seventy- and eighty-year-old people for treatments and health care and have achieved very good effects.

There is an eighty-year-old frail and sick old man. I do Dao Yin An Qiao treatment for him twice a week, teach him two or three acupoints, and let him do self-health care every day. Recently he did a “drop of blood” test that showed that all his blood indicators were normal. He had not been ill for five years and had been rated as a healthy elderly by her community. Dao Yin An Qiao can be learned by everyone, just like playing the piano, anyone can play. But the quality of playing is different. To help oneself, particularly under the guidance of a doctor, mastering the self-meridian acupoints will be quite beneficial, TCM Dao Yin An Qiao is a set of treatment, prevention, rehabilitation, intellectual medicine all in one. It is to promote the optimization of the human body and mind, health and longevity in a good way. It is the treasure of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation. We should inherit and carry forward this traditional medicine so that it can spread in China and worldwide for the benefit of mankind.
